Volyngaz interested in auctioning and purchasing 100% of a GTS (gas-transport system) of Ukraine. The purpose of the acquisition is the modernization and subsequent resale of the GTS. Estimated purchase price is UKH 120 billion, payment part in cash, part in the Treasury obligations of the state to the citizens (devalued deposits of the Soviet Sberbank). Estimated selling price is 200 billion UKH. Potential buyer: Russian "Gazprom". This will guarantee that the GTS will be run at least 80% of capacity. Duration of the project is 2 years. The project will take place with the financial support and participation of "Bank of UK".
